AMBOY HOMETEL POLICY
RESERVATION POLICY:
- 1. Guest is given 2-3 days holding period once reservation and blocking of room is made.
- 2. ROOM – 50% down payment of the total room charge is required to guarantee reservation within
2-3 days. Remaining balance can be settled upon check-in through CASH basis only. - 3. TOUR– 20% guarantee deposit to avail tours.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 1. Cancellation is FREE of charge 30 days prior to arrival.
- 2. Cancellation made at least 15 days prior to arrival will charge 50% of the booking value
- 3. Cancellation within 14 days before arrival date will incur the full period charge.
- 4. Failure to appear on arrival date is considered as “NO SHOW” and no refund will be given.
- 5. FREE REBOOKING for cancellations due to adverse weather condition.
CHILD POLICY:
ACCOMMODATION
- 1. 2 years old and below are free of charge.
- 2. 3-6 years old sharing bed with parents will be charged for daily breakfast only.
- 3. 7 years old and above will pay the regular rate.
TOURS
- 1. 2 years old and below are free of charge.
- 2. 3-6 years old will be charged 50% of the rate per guest.
- 3. 7 years old and above will pay the regular rate
DISCOUNT POLICY:
- 1. PERSON WITH DISABILITY (PWD) -20% Requirement: Person with Disability ID
- 2. SENIOR CITIZEN (SC) – 20% Requirements: Senior Citizen’s ID or Any Philippine Issued VALID ID
- 3. CANCELLED FLIGHT DUE TO BAD WEATHER – 30% *For returning inhouse guests only.
- 4. RETURNING GUEST – 20%
RESTAURANT OPERATION TIME:
- 5:00 am – 8:00 am – BREAKFAST
- 11:00 am – 2:00pm – LUNCH
- 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm – DINNER
- 7:30 pm – LAST ORDER
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT:
- 2:00 PM – Check in Time
- 12:00 PM – Check out Time
*Free early check-in depends on availability of room
RESTRICTIONS:
- 1. There is no capacity for extra bed in all rooms.
- 2. NO drinking of any liquor inside the room.
- 3. NO smoking in the entire property.
- 4. Pets are not allowed.
- 5. Strictly NO COOKING SERVICE and NO Room Service.
